Evolution del ego

The SS23 collection honour of all those strong people, who do not define themselves through social stereotypes. The collection is inspired by the evolution of identity, which is visible throughout the collection. The creation of the Ego is represented throughout memories, a crisis and the pre - exiting nature of an identity. 

The collection includes fluent specific gender garments. A sense of fluidity pervades the collection, in the shapes and the chromatic choices. The volumes are very fluent and simply looking, even though the complexity is hidden in the details. The collection involved high end evening gowns. All elements of the garments are produced and created in a unique manner – as identity is. For the fashion details and embroidery Andrea used unique and natural composes – like minerals, glass and metals. The fabric choices are based just on dead stock. Hereby Andrea is using left over fabric form couture brands or/ and fabric producers. On the one hand, The colours collection are based on natural tones as of different beige, green and blue tones. On the other hand, the dark shades are defined by the designer as the identity crisis. In addition, the lighter tones throughout the collection can be represented for hope and freedom of the Ego. The usage of transparent materials and different layers illustrate the complexity of an identity. The idea of the memories is represented in the fashion details- classic menswear and womenswear elements are taken to create this collection – like jacket construction and finishings.

By Andrea, we believe that the human being always sits at the center, in harmony with nature. It is fundamental that we do not forget who we are. Our collection should remind everyone to focus on the important things in life and to stay aware of the small things. To reconnect with the nature and with ourselves we have to start caring more about it.
